Hey, I am Crowpix. I’m a photographer, writer, digital marketer, and conservationist.
I am also the founder and creator of Crowpix Media, my lifelong dream in the making.
I have dedicated my life to photography for more than 20 years and have been through all the highs and lows that most long-term photographers experience.
It’s been a fantastic ride, and it keeps getting better.
Now, I wish to share that experience with you, my reader.
I Loved Art, Nature, and Photography From The Start
I was always interested in photography, writing, art, and nature.
I got my camera at age 15, a Pentax, in the 1980s.
It wasn’t until I went on vacation to the North Coast one summer that I fell in love with photography.
The incredible landscapes and animals—the different ecosystems we visited—blew me away.
My experiences made me realize that taking a picture isn’t just about capturing something; it’s about capturing how it makes you feel—and looking back at that feeling whenever you want.
But Friends Keep Asking me For Photo Tips
After a while, people would ask me for advice about taking pictures like that themselves, and I decided to write a few articles about photography.
But friends kept telling me how much they liked what I wrote; how helpful it was as they tried to learn more about photography.
That’s when I started writing my blog posts.
It was initially daunting with so much to learn about blogging online, but now I love what I do, and the photography blog is growing with new, eager followers joining my tribe daily.
